Susan Tullar from the Bradford Veterinary Clinic will once again sponsor a low cost rabies clinic in Vershire on Sunday, April 25, 2021.  The clinic will run from 9:00am to 12:00pm, with one person/animal allowed in at time.  The clinic will be in the Vershire Town Center Building, at 27 Vershire Center Road.

If you require a current rabies certificate to license your dog this year and you come to the clinic, get your animals updated vaccination and then license them that day, we will waive the late fee.

If you have a dog that should be licensed, but isn’t, and you do not attend the rabies clinic and do not license the animal  by April 1, 2021, you must still license it.  Your license will be subject to a small late fee before May 1st.  If you still do not license your animal, you are subject to fines under both Vermont Statute and the Vershire Dog and Pet Ordinance.  The Vershire Dog and Pet Ordinance allows for a fine of $50 dollars, plus $1 dollar a day for every that passes day after May 1st and the animal remains unlicensed.  Please license your animals on time!
